In my profession I am so busy looking out for other peoples’ feelings I sometimes don’t have time to feel my own. Self-care is a constantly evolving theme in my life, so something that allows me to quiet my mind, inspire my creativity, and give me a few minutes to focus on myself is a priceless gift. I could write more but would rather go work on my fingerprint self-portrait while I wind down for the evening. Apparently when I order another copy to use at work I should include one for my adult groups as well……
