I really like the product but the application of it .. is... weird, for lack of a better word. It's very different than a regular eye shadow. I've watched tutorials from tarte that instruct you to use your fingers to apply the shadow as it works with the heat of your hands. I find that while this somewhat works, the shadow becomes very gummy. It gets all over your fingers and then will not transfer well onto your eyelids. If you use a brush, very little color appears. It's very odd. I will say that by using your fingers, it turns the overall consistency of the remaining shadow on the palette to a weird consistency as well. I love these colors and just wish they would apply well with a eye shadow brush.
If I am just running errands or something, I can sweep one of the lighter colors all over my lid for a quick look, but when you go to apply a full eye shadow look, that's when things get tricky.

Arrived earlier than expected! Was very mindfully packed, and arrived undamaged. As far as the actual product goes: the colors are beautiful, the consistency of the eye shadow is "buttery", but I was not impressed with the pigmentation. I found that I had to dip into the pan multiple times to get the opacity I wanted. All in all, though, a great little palette!

The palette is very attractive and fits easily in your travel bag. I like the mix of colors, sometimes, you purchase a palette and get a color or two that you will never use, these were all colors that I would wear and they look nice on most skin tones.
I really had hopes that these were not glittery, but sadly, there are a few colors that are.
