Manufacturing defect. The inner diameter tube is too small. The included 2 inch washers fall into the center tube. The original wheel I was replacing inner tube is smaller and the wheel works properly. I had to go to Home Depot and get a bushing as a temporary fix. I emailed Taylor Made 3 days ago and they haven't responded.
Taylor Made just contacted me. They are sending a replacement wheel ASAP. Good Customer service ! ! ! ! ! ! !
