Not the same as Starbucks at all

I thought I was purchasing the mix they use at Starbucks, I just love their Chai Latte but $$$$. However this concentrate falls short. It takes OK with equal parts milk and mix. But that means you only get 2 or 3 from the box and the price does not justify purchasing. I purchased at a store a couple of years ago and it was perfectly like Starbucks. They either changed it or this is a different inferior product.

I ordered a 6 pack because I love Chai tea. But this company shipped Chia tea that expired the day I received it. I didn't notice the expiration date until after I had opened one of the containers and made myself a Chai Latte. It tasted extremely bitter and was really gross. I looked at the expiration date and the date said October 31st 2018, which was the same day I received the product. Gross!!! I would suggest buying this product from a grocery store. I don't care how much I would have saved buying in bulk, but really I ended up losing money since the product was bad.

The headline above says it all. I had been brewing Tazo Chai tea bags to make my own iced Chai lattes. The recipe is a good one however it was a bit time consuming. So when I saw that I could purchase the Tazo Chai tea latte concentrate I thought I would try it. Unfortunately, it was way too sweet. I love sweets and it was too sweet for me - and that is saying a lot. The liquid was gritty and unpleasant when mixed with milk. Those two negatives ruined the spices in the Chai. I cannot recommend the product.

I love this tea, I drink it EVERYDAY! It’s delicious I gave this only one star, because of the way it arrived! I had four in the box and they were all stuck to each other and the bottom of the box, and dented! There was sticky tea all over the cartons and box! One had the spout part almost completely ripped off! Most likely won’t even drink that one. I washed the outside of each carton, there was no tea leaking out of any of them, but somehow got all dented and sticky!! And I paid a lot for something that came wrecked!

I used to drink this when I lived in New England. Now I'm in Portland, Oregon and have tried several different brands of chai concentrate including the one with my current state's name. Tazo is by far my preferred concentrate. It has a nice spiciness and richness that mixes well with milk in a half and half ratio. It is slightly sweeter than I'd prefer, but it is the best option available and the price is better than most of the others as well. It will be a regular purchase item on my grocery lists for the foreseeable future.

I love this and I have been hooked for quite a few years. I did not realize that could buy this to use at home. Now I can have my Latte's at any time. Chai tea is a pleasant spicey blend which helps with the digestion. At one time it was only drank by the royalty in India. Worth trying if you would like something different and like herb teas.
