Pros - Okay, who can not love a Nessie tea cup with infuser? This is cute! It is small.Cons - The cup is smaller than expected. The holes in the infuser are fine for normal plain tea blends. They are too large for finder blended specialty teas, so you get floaters.The grip is very low down, so it is only comfortable holding as shown in my third picture.For reference I wear a kids extra large gloves.

I purchased because it is SO CUTE. However, this is not the most practical tea diffuser. It is a bit on the small side, and I prefer my tea stronger than what fits in this cute little Dino. I found it mildly challenging to close the silicone after packing with loose tea.

I appreciate that it is dishwasher safe, but have not opted to throw in the top rack due to the small size of the bottom and I worry it would get lost. My dishwasher doesn’t come with a basket for small items.

Nessie holds, at most, about two teaspoons of loose tea, so if you like to brew a bigger cup, best keep moving. My bigger is that most of it isn't perforated. Even swishing or bouncing this diffuser around the entire time it's steeping, the tea comes out pretty weak. Strike three is that it wants to float.

It's good enough for a fun gift, but it's not something you'll want to use more than once or twice.

Ich habe diesen Artikel bestellt, weil ich das Design sehr originell finde, und der Artikel sieht auch genau so aus, wie ich ihn mir vorgestellt habe. Also war ich zunächst einmal sehr zufrieden. Dann allerdings füllte ich "Nessie" mit losem Tee und die Tasse mit heißem Wasser und musste feststellen, dass der kleine Dinosaurier nicht sehr standfest ist, sondern sich wie betrunken an den Tassenrand lehnt (nein, es war kein Rum im Tee). Vielleicht hätte man die Beine etwas schwerer machen können oder die Vorderbeine etwas länger, damit er stabiler wird. Also- tolle Idee, die in der Ausführung noch verbesserbar ist.
