I have read and re-read this book many times and I continue to use it to improve my teaching skills. It is an important book for anyone teaching within a Christian setting. Much of the content will be read as 'this is stuff I already know'. Knowing it and applying it are horses of a different color. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has as a task teaching within a Christian setting , specifically youth and young people. This book will help you to reach them in new and creative ways. The Teacher's Calling will help you decide whether you have it or not.

Edna Lyons.
