The team from Rational Ground has been a data-driven and empirically based throughout their coverage of the COVID-19 saga. They have looked at every decision through a skeptical lens, and refused to bow to politics or group-think. Their evaluations were more scientifically driven than the vast majority of commentators. it’s been a very frustrating time for those who understand the value of an open debate. As usual, the mainstream narrative on C19 and Vaxxs has significant room for improvement. This conversation is far from resolved, and this book offers information that has been consistently censored by Big Pharma and the cabal fed by that industry’s profits.

This book is basically an almost post-Pandemic retrospective produced by "Rational Ground" and creates a story that all the pandemic actions recommended (Masks, school closings, vaccines, shut downs, etc) were all wrong, they were right, and all that "tyranny" (created by Democrats only, naturally) was endured unnecessarily.

The book is mostly a Monday morning quarterback session, operating from the benefit of hindsight, and lacking anything more than a complaint rant under the guise of fancy-looking reports and graphs.

It would have been more compelling if the writers had produced a Pandemic Response Plan BEFORE Covid hit, listed all the things THEY thought would work, why they would work, why other actions wouldn't, etc. To just attack actions taken in the best interest of the country, in an unprecedented pandemic, even if it turns out that the actions didn't work as much as hoped is a bit like attacking the guy who rescues you from drowning for not doing it faster.

None of the writers have any medical, epidemiology, or other applicable scientific degrees allowing them to opine on a pandemic with any expertise. Mostly it seems they are podcast operators, substack writers, and Twitter personalities seeking more followers and a hopeful guest spot on Tucker based on their obvious political leanings in social media. Notably absent from the book are ANY criticisms of the Trump Administration's handling of the pandemic and resulting public confusion, mistrust, and covid case increases (E.G. "We have it under control", Trump "Bleach cocktails, UV inside the Body", conspiracy inapplicable medicines, anti-vaxxers, etc.).

Save your money, and read studies from major medical establishments as those will come in due course of the proper assessment of what worked, what didn't, and how we can do better next time.
