Technology defect(s) result in warping.

Our oven is German (not Chinese) made Bosch, top of the line. We never set the temperature above 400. Yet the steel trays warp every time we put them in the oven. Engineer by training, I think I know the problem: technology has not been strictly followed (made in China?), and the molten steel is not homogenous. Different density throughout the volume results in different thermal expansion, which in turn results in warping Photo attached.

I bought these to replace my others that had long since seen better days. You can see the difference in the picture. Don't judge! LOL... those old pans are really old. I love the new ones. They are sturdy and bright and shiny. They cooked tonight's dinner beautifully and washed up easily. Definitely keepers!

NO very good quality stainless steel.
What is going on with this matter? Seller asked me to get 15% discount. I said NO.
NO news after that.
How I return them that and get my money back? They are awfull quality.
