That's 100 blades! I've been using the same crappy blade on my knife (for leather making) for weeks now. Little did I know that I could cheaply replace the blade nearly every project. These blades are extremely sharp. I no longer have to run it down the hide three times to cut a piece. In one fell swoop, the leather separates from the cut.
Cuts are clean, neat, and accurate. I'm completely impressed by this brand, and I'm astounded at how cheap they are. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.
1.MADE IN USA
2.Cuts into the shiny side of packing tape far better than my x-acto blades
3. Magnifying glass exam shows a more pronounced second hone than x-acto. I believe this finer edge may dull quicker but man is it sharper to start with. Cuts me real good too.
3. Did I say Cheap
Would buy again if I live long enough to use up the first 100
I have a home decal business in which I design and make my own decals. I'm constantly using a new black in my x-acto knife and only have a few left. I saw the good reviews and MADE IN THE USA, so I thought I'd give a try.
A super sharp tip to the blade is extremely important for making decals and these are nearly unusable for what I need because the tips are not sharp. You can't press your finger, or even touch, the tip of an x-acto brand blade. With these I was able to with no issues and even press lightly.
I attempted to process a return since they are unusable for me and Amazon says they are not eligible for a return. So to the recycle bin these go. :(
If you need REALLY sharp blades, I recommend sticking with the x-acto brand.
