This no-drip, concentrated formula stays moist and creamy throughout application and processing, so there is no remixing needed during application. Provides maximum versatility for on-scalp & off- scalp highlighting techniques. This powder lightener lifts up to seven levels and will achieve various effects,from very subtle highlights to crystal clear all over platinum.

Potassium Persulfate, Sodium Metasilicate, Sodium Persulfate, Kaolin, Ammonium Chloride, Urea, Steareth-100/PEG-136/HDMI Copolymer, Cyomopsis Tetragonoloba (Guar) Gum, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Titanium Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Polydecene, VP/VA Copolymer, EDTA Magnesium Oxide, Cetyl Hydroxyethlcellulose, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, Ultramarines.

Directions

1. Ensure the product is at room temperature before use. 2. Wear gloves to protect your skin. 3. Mix Quick Blue powder with an oxidizing cream or developer in a 1:2 ratio. 4. Apply evenly to dry, clean hair. 5. Leave on for 30-45 minutes, depending on desired lightness. 6. Rinse thoroughly and condition hair.
