I apply EM mixing formulas to analyze non-metallic composite materials and use this book as a reference. This book illustrates the mixing formulas with sufficient derivation and background introduction in very fluently scientific English. The content of this book is very approachable. If you use mixing rules to analyze composite materials, this will be a wonderful reference.

Extensive coverage of the electromagnetic properties of mixed materials both isotropic and various type of un-isotropic.
Maybe the best source for this kind of scientific material.
