I wanted the floor mats to fit the interior of the simple, classy, and luxury design of the Model 3. I didn't think most of the rubber or PVC product's rough look would match the style of the car. Mat continually sheds

These car mats seemed great and like a value at first but since day 1 the black is shedding and causing a bigger mess that defeats the purpose of having the mats in the first place. (More vacuuming needed) It’s not been almost 2 months and I am still picking up dust balls of black mat shed. I’ve taken photos throughout the process and hoping to receive either a refund or a replacement item from the seller.

Love these! I got my model 3 today and put these in. Perfect fit! You can’t even tell they didn’t come with the car. When I received them the long mat was obviously folded in half and there was a crease but once I put it in the car the Velcro underneath attached to the carpet floors the crease disappeared. Love them!!!

I wish, frankly, for the price of the car it would come with mats. Tesla’s mats are overpriced and that drove me to look here. I think the 5 stars reviews are spot on. The mats are except in fit and finish; they look and feel like they were shipped with the car itself! The lower star reviews with complaints that the mats move around too much can’t be true because these things don’t move! In fact, the Velcro on the back is so strong it’s difficult to reposition the mats! They also vacuum super easy. Highly recommend

*UPDATE: I got an email from the company offering a resolution. Bumped up the stars for that customer service, though it shouldn't have taken an Amazon review to get a response since I emailed them months ago. In any case, appreciate the customer service and nice to know they backed up their product.*

Have used these for about 8 or 9 months now, and initially I was happy when I first received them. Quality seemed good, material was nice and plush, and they fit almost perfectly. Too good to be true, it turns out, and there's a reason these are like 40% the cost of OEM tesla ones. Two major issues: 1) after a month or so, driver's mat started to shed - ALOT. I can now grab a handful of fabric every time I reach down to the drivers mat. It's shedding so much I'm wondering how much longer they'll last and it's starting to look Grey in the main areas from loss of fabric. 2) these stay in place with a velcro tab but the tab is too small so it's constantly sliding back towards the seat. I have to pull out and reposition constantly. I reached out to Teeexpert about these issues but not surprisingly, no response. Thus, 2 stars - and I'm being generous for the fit and the fact that the lesser used Mats for passenger and rear are holding up ok
