I'm looking at my shelf right now, with at least '35' Law of Attraction genre books. If it where required to only retain a few of them, one at the top of the list would be... Jeffrey Grupp's Telementation! His practical reference to manifesting provides the insights that combine all the practices, in a concise and easy to apply manual.
With over 40 years of manifestation techniques and successful creations under my belt, Jeffrey's powerfully compact book hits the mark! If you digest this - gentle to read - gem, along with listening to some of his remarkable on-line dissertations... you should be manifesting simple items, eg, car, home, money... within days (w/i weeks, at least). Heck, if you've been doing this stuff for awhile, it will certainly kick-it-up a notch!
Remember, the chapters are short, yet, really take the time to soak-in these insights. There is so much information in a small package. You'll want to 'get ready' to accept what you asked for... as, my experiences had taught me to be 'open' to the options that immediately come my way.
Whether you accept what you asked for, or not... it's your choice. Be in the moment of ecstasy and know that you, have it now!

Telementation is an ancient meditative art form, the true nature of our deep inner self, and the most productive way to carry out the law of attraction, Christian mysticism, or Zen Buddhism. It is virtually unknown to modern people, but has been recognized by shamans, Zen Buddhists, mystics, and philosophers as the ultimate power in the universe, which is possessed by everyone. TELEMENTATION is a short instruction manual on how to carry out the law of attraction with great ease and productivity, by directing one's inner feelings in a specific way. Many students attempting this become frustrated due to their great efforts and poor results. In Telementation, this is remedied by focusing on feelings rather than beliefs, and the law of attraction is then achieved with Zen-like ease and dramatic success. Telementation consequently creates a revolution in one's life that ends nearly all personal problems, as it brings a person back to their innate, inalienable greatness and poetical inner peace. Telementation is also particularly productive for those who want a simple guidebook on how to carry out Buddhist meditation or Christian spirituality, for those who have had trouble attaining ecstatic spiritual and religious experience through meditation, and for those unable to overcome depression by conventional methods.

The Heart of Manifesting. This book just tells you how to feel better. It is downstream and easily fun and inspiring if you wish to make it so. It's a very spirit-centered approach as you are really connecting to who are you and how you feel. A quick read, but a very wise read. I HIGHLY recommend it. --Creative Magic

When I started reading this book... by Ch.3, I knew exactly what he was talking about... It confirmed what I had (already) been doing without knowing what I was really doing. I, therefore, put it to work consciously pretty quickly. I haven't looked back. If you are in tune with your mind and body, you will be able to pick up on this gift with ease. Otherwise, you may just need to practice, practice, practice. It will come. This book will become a very important reference and one worth keeping and reading as a refresher for all time, as your needs change.

Don't think there is any better instruction than this, on how to create from Feeling
Reviewed in the United States on March 31, 2011Verified Purchase
Since the Secret came out, there seemed to be a flood of people who decided it would be a good idea to write their own version of the "law of attraction", especially due to the craze around this genre.
I had already been a Neville Goddard fan (Resurrection, The Law and the Promise and many others), and tended to just want to re-read this stuff rather than buy new material.
Then I'm hearing an interview by this professor by the name of Jeffrey Grupp on coasttocoastam.com. I paused my old mp3 player while listening to the archived podcast of this interview, because I needed the shipping process to be underway, -now- for Jeffrey Grupp's book,
Telementation which he had just mentioned in a sentence before the pause button was hit.
It was already a given, from Neville's instruction (and from Gregg Braden's books who quotes Neville a lot), the potenty of tapping into your body's feeling sense, the overall feeling tone of a desired circumstance.
Jeffrey goes into a level of detail about how to reach this level of your consciousness, where you are now past your surface emotions of "I'm frustrated", or "I'm in a good mood because of this or that",.. into that deeper part of you that exists as a constant energy .. as an Entity independent from anything on the outside (which is really illusion reflecting this inner state).. he terms it: "the Feeling Mass". Once you've enveloped yourself into this part of you, and then from it, you feel the True-ness of what you are desiring, .. believing it's already true, it's a given that the Outer has to soon reflect what you just decided from the powerful part of you, what is now true.
Yep, doesn't sound very different from other writers, but the way in which he matter-of-factly states how to really do this stuff, not trying to sound like a funny, prolific writer, and in his ego-less tone of writing, he's not trying to convince you of how much he knows his stuff, or add unnecessary material to his book by telling you what he has done with it to excess detail.
If there was one key urging/emphasis/Need-To-Hear from this book that served me more than any other source, it was: The benefit of making "telementation" ( this is really a term that was originally from a long-ago writer, but it's meant by Grupp to represent a large concept ), ... anyway, of making it the bedrock of your consciousness.
I really got, that, the more frequently you "live from" this deeper part of you (especially if you respond to daily situations from this higher part of you), and thus the closer in familiarity you grow with this part of You, the more you will chip away at that auto-pilot consciousness which goes back to negativity and frustration and feelings of deprivation when you go back to your daily life. The more you spend each day in this quality of consciousness, the faster things come into being. It can't not, when you are looking through the world through the Joy-lens of Feeling-creates-matter in a higher percentage of time, than the time you spend resisting and seeing your world though the belief of victimhood and giving the reins over to circumstances to decide your mood.
If you are into this type of material, this book is a must-read.

I would recommend for any "Create your reality" readers. However, there are probably only 10 pages worth reading. But still very useful information!

After reading and practicing out of dozens of books on the subject, I would regard this book to be THE best Law of Attraction book out there. It also contains the most effective meditation technique I've ever experienced. It is an instruction manual on how to effectively live your life, and yet the techniques involved are so simple and briefly mentioned, that they can easily be overlooked. This book teaches the reader how to transcend pessimistic, self-sabotaging, and negative thinking and how to reach a state of bliss from which all effective manifestation work is achieved. It then goes on to describe how to bring about those desired manifestations from that state of bliss. The instructions on how to do this are not spoon fed to the reader, but they are imbedded in the text and can be plucked out easily enough with a careful read-through.

I absolutely love this book. Not only does it give you a clear, simple method to manifest your desires, but the technique of watching your feelings which he teaches can take you to the greatest heights of Buddhistic bliss.

Even if you are not entirely sure that the Secret has real applications in real, ordinary life, there is still a small part in each of us that roots for magical thinking over rational thinking and wishes there were as yet undiscovered principles that some lucky individuals intuited and refined and are now ready to teach to their unenlightened brethren. I may be prematurely disappointed, as I have just finished Grupp's booklet once and only made a few attempts to apply his instructions to "meditate at the deepest level", albeit consistently. Of course, the easiest way to explain away why things don't work out as advertised is, "you didn't do it right". And sometimes it's even true. But in this case I feel the process is somewhat unclear as described; for instance, the crucial element, the "deepest feeling" is not defined properly, but it is deemed "mandatory". It's also not very clear how you get to to deepest feeling, other than just contemplate your regular emotions and then trust you'll get to "it" in time. Then there are "streams" inside your psyche, you need to recognize and control at will. Perhaps an experienced meditator or a meditator from the same "school", could relate better to these descriptions, and even understand exactly what is meant. That was not my experience, as a less seasoned meditator, whose experiences don't give them any clues in that direction. There is a repeated claim in those pages that "a few days" of consistent practice will take you there, to the deepest feeling, the place from where you practice telementation that's really bound to discourage the one who doesn't succeed even after several months. And to return to definition and clarity in description, here's a very brief example, not unique: "This place within you is an amazing supernatural power source - almost something non-physical, holy, and/or extraterrestrial in its religiosity". Another element that bothered me was the author's explicit equivalence between spiritual and religious. I just couldn't understand why mix religion (rigid prescriptions of worshiping) with spirituality (unbound inner knowing that transcends arbitrary religious practices and their interchangeable god figures). In fact, I kept on replacing "religious" with "spiritual" throughout the text (especially at the beginning of it) and it just seemed to me that the the meaning opened up and gained in weight. Restricting the spiritual experience to religious experience felt like comparing playing with dolls with the real experience of motherhood. All in one, although it does bring up some interesting insights about meditation, and gave me some fresh ideas for my future meditation sessions, I just don't think the book delivers on its promise, not on account of its premise (which I cannot judge or argue), but through the way its message is conveyed.
