-This book addresses all the perplexing thoughts that we encounter within ourselves on a daily basis, in SIMPLE EASY TERMS for everyone! Master Nomi teaches you how to attain the awareness that is needed to untangle the web we have weaved for ourselves through our own thoughts. He teaches you how to attain the fullness we seek from life from within, and to maintain that tranquility and peace throughout all of our en devours!
-I can honestly say, that at the time of picking up this book, it was a remedy to on ongoing issue in my relationship before I knew it! Within one week of putting down Master Nomi's paradoxes and applying them to my daily thoughts and life, it caused an IMMEDIATE change in my philosophies, which caused in immediate change in my thoughts, and rippled into the change in my actions, which gave me the results that I WAS LOOKING FOR ALL ALONG! The only difference was before Master Nomi's book, I didn't know how to tap into these forces and how to detach myself from the routine of my thoughts, to be able to see the answer clearly!!!
- I have also used these concepts in business & working out! With mental practice, we can untrain the mind to be empty, so that when we are empty, we are ACTUALLY FULL!!! What a CONCEPT!!! Who would have ever thought, that FULLNESS creates the EMPTINESS, and that the EMPTINESS creates the FULLNESS!!!?!?! It is that "AWARENESS", Master Nomi teaches us, that is the ONLY "CONSTANT" in the UNIVERSE!!! All I can say, is do yourself a FAVOR, and start your journey TODAY OF AWARENESS!!! You won't ever be able to go back to who you were!!!! GUARANTEED!!!
---I RECOMMEND THIS BOOK 100% to ANYONE for NO ABSOLUTE REASON, and FOR EVERY REASON POSSIBLE!!!-------Once again....THANK YOU MASTER NOMI!!!
The story follows three "pilgrims"--"Iill" an american businessman, "Mindful" an australian athlete, and "Spirit" a woman well versed in Judeo-Christian concepts. Their teacher is Master Nomi who leads them though the 10 paradoxes. Examples are "ACT. REACT. BUT NEVER TRY." "PERFORM. DO. BUT NEVER THINK." and "WHEN MIND IS A MIRROR, EVERYTHING IS REVEALED." The three discuss these concepts and what the paradoxes mean to each of them. I felt I could relate to many different aspects of all three pilgrims' personalities, and this book gave me a lot to ponder.
