Tenderizes so easily and simple to clean!

I received my tenderizer and tested it on chicken breasts to be slow cooked in my slow-cooker. I laughed at seeing that the other review mentioning the spelling of "Meet Tenderizer" on the cardboard box has been corrected as seen in my photos. The tenderizer works simply and very efficiently and I did a cross-hatch pattern on both sides of the chicken breast to tenderize it. The meat did increase in size and flattened out and I was impressed with how it worked. I soaked the unit in hot water and used small brushes to clean the blades and inner channels, but will place this in the dishwasher just to be safe. All in all, a great piece of kit and saved me a lot of trouble using a meat hammer to pound the meat. It will be standard kit from now on in my kitchen!
