It got the job done using S video instead of DVI and the audio capture was ok. I am a bit disappointed in the quality of the video from fire stick to this device but it was the only device which got the job done.

Works better than I expected it to work. Replaced an older converter that I can no longer find on Amazon and the picture is much clearer and it fits my screen better with this new one than the old one did. I use this Tensun device with a Mitsubishi projection TV that does not have HDMI jacks on it. We recently "cut the cord" and so now I plug my Amazon Fire Stick directly into my new converter and it works great! Very happy with my purchase. I'd buy one again. And it showed up the same day with my Prime. What more could I ask for?

I waited too long to order this. The price is perfect and the quality even better. Took minutes to hook up my Apple TV to a 25 year old 31" Toshiba TV (picture tube type) that still works perfect.
