I was very impressed that the phone came early! that was a plus. after having almost a week....the phone doesn't always ring when someone calling you. I couldn't answer the phone when it did ring. there are no individual sounds for different apps. it kept throwing my sd card out of the system. there is no manual to help you out. this not for me. four year warranty great if the phone does what you want. sending back
I only just bought this phone, so this review is essentially my first impressions. I bought this as a replacement to my previous phone, which only lasted two years. My previous phone broke due to an expanding battery and a bad charging port. I contacted the manufacturer and found that my warranty on it had expired after only one year. Service would have cost nearly the price of the phone. Frustrated with that experience, I decided to turn to this product. For the most part, I think I've made the right choice. The phone comes with an uncluttered, nearly stock install of Android, which is excellent. The screen is bright and easily readable. I'm not sure I like the "notch" at the top of the screen that Apple seems to have driven the market towards, but it doesn't bother me too much either. The fingerprint reader being in the back is also unusual to me, but I kind of like it. A screen protector, case, and pair of headphones are also included, which is a nice extra. I do have one major gripe, though. The camera app on this phone is very bare-bones. There's no macro mode, and although the camera has a depth sensor, the app doesn't seem to have many features that take advantage of it. That's just the beginning of the problems, though. This phone's camera seriously struggles in low lighting conditions. The front facing camera's preview seems to slow down immensely as light levels drop. Photos taken in dim lighting are noisy and unappealing. In conditions where the camera on my previous phone was able to take beautiful shots, this camera takes pictures that are grainy at best and pitch black at worst. It's a serious enough issue to me that I took off two stars from my review. I'm a night person, so I take low-light pictures fairly often. With this camera, I'm not sure I'll be able to do that. It may seem like I'm being finicky, but to me, this was a pretty big disappointment to me. It's frustrating to me that phones are moving away from repairability and reliability, and I think this phone's approach of a long warranty is a breath of fresh air. I just wish they had taken the camera a bit more seriously. In short, Pros: Great price Long Warranty Nice extras - screen protector, case & earphones Mostly stock android experience is nice Cons: Seriously lacking camera. Megapixels don't tell the whole story!
After working with this phone for several months, it doesn’t text, mms pictures do not send or receive, phone service is unreliable.
We tried a different text app (Chomp), played with the settings, googled and YouTubed, but we are not tech gurus. Teracube is a great theory, but if it works for others, it is not for the masses.
It may be our carrier, but it is not working for us. Very disappointed.
Great for the cost! I've only been using it a day, but I like this phone already. It is a bare bones Android with no bloat ware and functions flawlessly with T-Mobile's Mint network. It is plenty fast for daily tasks and has the perfect amount of RAM for multitasking and games. I am giving it 4 stars because I have not had a chance yet to test its longevity. It has a notification light, folks! This is a hard to find treat now days it seems. I don't know why people knock the camera so badly. It's not a pro shooter, but the images are perfectly fine for social media and sharing with friends and family. Just try it out if you don't believe me! For a four year warranty at this price point, it is def worth its weight in copper, gold, and zinc!
First things first. It is a fast phone. Octa core processor and 6gb of ram. Love that. What not to love. The camera is akin to that of first generation iPhones. Awful. This phone is also not compatible with a great many apps, since it is not well known, or used. You will *not* find any cases for this, so enjoy the silicone case for the duration of existence. Also, you will come to enjoy the fact that it will automatically reassign a new device pin without telling you. How fun. So take this phone with a grain of salt. Just get a used Samsung S6. It's good for the environment, keeping it out of the landfill. These phones are made in China, new.
Edit: As of now, I am receiving screen flickering, wifi slowdowns on fibre optic based wifi, constant app crashes, and the compass/gps is wildly inaccurate. Sad.
Decent phone, decent price, great warranty. Could use a better chipset to future-proof the phone better. Would be nice to have easier access to the internals to replace battery without having to mail the phone in.

This is almost exactly the same as my Pixel 2. There were initially a couple of questions and minor issues which they addressed immediately. Great customer service.
Poor quality phone. After approximately 3 weeks the screen started flickering. Wi-Fi also didn't work properly from the beginning. Light sensor didn't work properly. Disappointed for a phone that's supposed to last 4 years.
