This peacock is stunning. The colors are extremely vibrant and shimmering; they look like the photos, only better. I loved this so much I purchased it as a gift for my husband for Christmas. Ironically, my adult son was shopping for a Christmas gift for me and saw a variety of yard sculptures on my account; out of all the sculptures I had saved, he too chose the same peacock. Now I have two and have no plans of returning either! Other reviews are correct in that it is top heavy, but plan to use another reviewer's idea of gluing a brick paver to the feet; I am going to spray paint the brick paver to match the peacock colors! This was the only drawback, hence the four instead of five stars.

This peacock is so pretty!! I bought it for my mother as a gift for her yard. She loves it!! There is some assembly required but it's super easy nothing major. It's very light weight. If you put it outside make sure you use some sort of anchor or stakes to hold it in place. Especially if you live in a windy area. My mom used her as sunroom decor. She said it was too pretty to put outside lol. It really is pretty. Just be mindful of weather conditions.

I love this peacock. It is well built and brightly colored. I get a lot of compliments on it. My only issue is it's inability to stay up. I have tried burying the foot plate, staking the foot plate, etc., but inclement weather takes it down every time.

The peacock is very pretty but it won't stand up no matter where I put it. It keeps falling over. I think it needs a plate a the bottom that the feet attach to so it's more balanced. I have it standing in my patio area that is fences all the way around and only 20' x 20' big. So it's not a wind problem.

While I wish the peacock had more of a presence, it is beautiful. The measurements are accurate. Maybe a measurement of the body not including the feathers and legs with separate dimensions for the feathers would help. My garden is not large but the peacock looks so small. Probably could use double the number of rear feathers.

I added landscape pins to hold it in place on the back side of the feet but it needed rocks on the toes to balance it. I could not add pins to both sides so it won't topple. It is a bit top heavy. Wind may knock it over.

The iridescence shines in the light. The colors are perfect. I hope the colors do not fade or chip and last a long while. It has been up maybe 2 weeks so far. It has the same shiny brilliance so far. No rain and heat has been in the 70-80s here in Texas.

I don't know how he will stand up to Colorado winters, but I'll update this review when I know how well he holds up.
