This product tastes fine, but it certainly does have a nice mouth feel or add any aesthetic appeal to a dish. It feels as crumbly as it looks. People have asked if that’s sea salt on the dish because these ‘medium flakes’ are that small.
Wish I had seen the other reviews showing this instead of trusting the manufacturer’s label. Terrasoul-Please relabel your product with a more accurate reflection of the contents. These are ‘coconut crumbs’ not ‘medium flakes’ and I’ve seen plenty of crumbs bigger than this product!

This is a versatile product. I can toss a handful into a pilaf, casserole, or salad. I can also put a handful into a bowl along with some raw walnuts for a quick, healthy snack. The texture and the size of the coconut flakes are perfect. I make a ton of keto chocolate fat bombs and I use this as my base when i pour it into a pan and sprinkle some on top of my mixture as well. Fantastic - non-gmo - great to have a healthy shredded coconut! WHO LIKES COCONUTS!? WE LOVE COCONUTS!
