Format: Paperback
The review posted on Amazon by J Rudy "MajorUSAF" is outstanding so I will be brief.

For the average person the translation is easy to understand, notes are at the back of each chapter as necessary.

Kudos to Naval Institute Press a publisher who has provided us with an interesting and informative read on a subject that has little primary source documentation available to the American people.

Editor Jim Lacey could have provided further recomended readings in a final chapter, but other than this the book is excellent.
