I’m a mixed texture, coily and curly 4c, and I’m absolutely LOVING this product!! I’ve been natural almost 7 years and have tried A LOT of products. Honestly I’d given up and mostly been making my own. This product left my hair moisturized (not greasy) and defined. I tried it with Wetline gel and not ONLY did it not flake, It was the BEST TWIST OUT RESULTS I’VE EVER GOTTEN!! I’m going to try it with my usual homemade flaxseed gel and then update my results. The reason I gave 4 out 5 stars, was scent. It doesn’t smell bad it just doesn’t smell good. I ended up just adding some essential oil to it, and it smells AMAZING now!!! Lol
After doing a twist-out with my homemade flaxseed, it does work really well. I got great definition. This product is a keeper👍🏽(Flaxseed twist-out pink scarf)

1. Smelled like laundry detergent/fabuloso/dollar store lotion
2. Little to no slip. Felt waxy/grainy
3. Came without safety seal
4. Itches so much I had to wash it out after 2hrs.
5. It flaked after I tried to save it with gel and I NEVER get flakes
6. Sally’s has it for half this price
The one thing positive I can say is I was surprised by the curl definition without using gel. If you don’t like gels it’s worth a try just make sure you go under it with something with high slip.
