Easy and tastes great. My first concern with buying something new is if it tastes right. This is easy too. I pour a cup of hot water over the 4 tablespoon of tea like it says and let it cool. I don’t always like to open a whole can of condensed milk, so sweetened oat milk is fine for me with a little more sugar if I’m I'm the mood or not if my sweet tooth isn’t screaming for sugar. Add some ice and yum. A good little treat. Not a fan of the boba pearls, I don’t eat them, but they’re a nice addition for those who do.

This is the same product used by authentic Thai restaurants. The blend of loose leaf teas is mixed to perfection, and simple to use. Be sure to use a long tea strainer, I used the reusable muslin type, made for a large amount of tea, because I like to brew a half gallon at a time. I heated a 1.75 L water kettle, and poured it through the 20 Tbsp of the tea mixture in the strainer, straight into the pitcher. Then I give the tea leaves a stir with a bamboo stick a few times during brewing, just to make sure its completely absorbing the water.

When it’s done, simply wring out the muslin strainer, right into the pitcher and discard the leaves. Top off the tea with more water, to make a half gallon. Refrigerate until it’s all used.

I like to use a mixture of sweetened condensed milk and Sucralose to sweeten to taste.

Very much tastes exactly like the restaurant Thai iced teas! Made in bulk and keeps well in the fridge in a large pitcher. I like to mix with ice and then add half and half creamer. It want to say I think it might have caffeine though, would love if it was an option for decaf. Also, would recommend using a fabric strainer and squeezing out the water that way. I used a fine metal mesh and definitely didn’t get as much water out as I would have liked.

Also, had to Google how long to steep because no instructions on the bag. So I’ll share here for anyone who is purchasing. Boil water based on measurements (I scaled mine up 2 gallons of water to 4 cups of tea). Add tea to water and mix in well, then remove from heat and let sit (steep and cool down) for 30 minutes, then strain.

So since am diabetic I can’t drink Thai tea. So we made the concentrate and instead of condensed milk we used heavy 1/2 and 1/2 no other milk and we got Splenda or sweetener of choice and bamb no need for the condensed milk but yeah taste great. Also used my percolator to make this and we didn’t even need the filter either was impressed and no after taste since once it started to perculate we lowered to the lowest setting and we did two batches from the same 2 cups since I like mine light then super strong 1st batch my nephew got with condensed milk and I got the second batch with the Splenda and 1/2 and 1/2 fantastic.

this tea is great. it the exact one you get in thai restaurants as bubble tea. you can drink it hot like regular black tea, or iced with condensed milk. i am a tea fanatic, and i love this tea, it is strong without being bitter, very smooth and a lovely natural vanilla flavor. it is strangely orange, idk why, but it is worth every penny for such a good cup of tea. i always drink it hot. i recommend getting some diposable tea bags to use with this. better/cleaner/easier than a diffuser

This tea is delicious and easy to make. It came in a beautiful package and seemed to be sold by a lovely company who I was glad got my $. It does however contain coloring (which I knew) however I did not know the dye came with warning labels. I want to have it daily so I’ll probably look for a brand that is not “restaurant style”. I doubt it would be harmful when occasionally used by an adult...but the CA warning for cancer and the warning for cause attention issues for children all for food coloring put me off a bit.

If you are looking for the authentic restaurant flavour for a party or the occasional iced tea you will not be disappointed!
