Great addition to my pantry. I use coconut milk often enough that it is often on my grocery list. I dont always find it at my local grocer, and I dont always remember to look, so finding it online at a reasonable price is nice.

I often use Thai Kitchen products, including coconut milk, so this is as expected in taste and quality. Love using it to add richness and depth to a variety of dishes, or simply for adding flavor to smoothies and oatmeal. But my most recent use is for making ice cream. I have a great little ice cream maker, and it helps me especially when I want to take control of the ingredients, especially sugar.

Not only is this a rather full-strength coconut milk (You can tell by the calories per serving), but it has the lowest amount of carbs I've seen in most coconut milks. I'm on a keto diet, so every net gram of carbs count. AND this is organic to boot. Don't be fooled by those coconut milks that have been diluted with water....and that have the nerve to be the same price as the "full strength" ones. By the full strength and dilute it yourself if you don't want all the calories and fat. This is a winner!

Many reviews mentioned dented cans and 7 out of 8 cans were dented. I bought these to culture non dairy yogurt and started by putting 2 cans in a pot of hot water until I was ready to use them. When I opened them the contents poured out easily without any lumps. The yogurt was delicious. Even though the cans were dented none of them were spoiled. My guess is that they're selling them for less than the regular price because the cans were dented at some point in the automated canning process. I believe that they should be honest and just tell people and let them decide for themselves if they don't (or do) mind dented cans.

This is a high quality organic, thick, rich coconut milk. Making coconut milk and cream from fresh coconuts is best, but Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk is the next best thing when you don't have the time or patience to make it from scratch.

I love the health benefits of coconuts and use this for baking, cooking, smoothies, and more. It makes a delicious coconut kefir and the creamiest curries and soups. It also makes a wonderful whipped coconut cream topping if you refrigerate a can and scrape the cream off the top once it's separated and risen to the top. Beat it with your mixer and voila, whipped coconut cream ready to heap on your baked yams, hot chocolate, fresh fruit and dessert yummies. Use the left over milk in smoothies and whatnot.

I appreciate that it's organic and free of preservatives. At just over $2/can (Subscribe & Save pricing), it's also a great value. This is one of those staples I always have in my pantry.

My son has food allergy so he cannot eat milk product. I have to order this product because I have to follow the u tube recipe how to make whipped cream birthday cake for my son. Therefore I have to order things out of my country. Also it takes me one week delivery as I need to transfer my product from Prime warehouse to the other ware house. Therefore it takes 7 days delivery time to take air to my country as I live in South East Asia country. However, the quality is very good. I order 6 cans and all these 6 cans of coconut cream not dented at all and the appearance are all in good condition. I am so happy and amazing. However, I don't understand why there are so many negative comments about this product and I believe these are all fakes and not true comments. I have a strong feeling I need to say something about this.
