The Brightest Star by Patti Jo Moore
When Macy Crawford volunteered to lead her church’s Christmas program, she had no idea she’d become so attached to a timid, frail, orphaned girl. Macy was determined to make the little girl a shining star in the Christmas program, hoping to boost the child’s confidence. She was also determined to guard her heart after meeting the child’s uncle.
Kyle Edwards had only planned to live in the tiny North Carolina town temporarily, long enough to help his elderly aunt and the orphaned granddaughter she was raising. His future plans were to advance up the corporate ladder, not to fall for a woman who seemed his complete opposite.
But special surprises happen when Macy and Kyle focus on the child, and it could mean a bright future for them all.
A Merry Cowboy Christmas by Martha Rogers
Kayla Martin’s fiancé was killed in Afghanistan weeks before their wedding, and her heart has been shut down and protected for the past seven years. Then she meets Tylor Damon on an assignment for the magazine, People and Places in Texas. She is attracted to him, but is being careful to guard her heart against another loss. Then they are paired in the wedding party of her good friend, and sparks ignite between them.
Tyler was attracted to her when they first met and now finds himself falling in love with her. He realizes something is keeping her at a distance, but he’s determined to bring a smile to her face and her eyes. When he’s almost killed in a rodeo competition, Kayla flees from Tyler with all of her old fears threatening to drown her.
Tyler knows only a Christmas miracle will bring them together, and he sets out to help make that miracle happen.

About the authors
Cindy M. Amos writes contemporary and historical fiction of man living close to the land. She weaves her former training in field ecology into writing natural settings that launch her characters into credible motion. Both sustainable and spiritual, her redemptive plots highlight topics from light-handed conservation to keeping the family's generational ranch alive. Writing from Wichita, Kansas and ranching from the magnificent Flint Hills, Ms. Amos enjoys naming the wildflowers in bloom on the prairie's unhindered horizon. Member: American Christian Fiction Writers.
Robin lives in Sugarmill Woods, Florida with her husband Jimmy and their Belgian Malinois, Kenzi. She and her husband celebrate with an overflowing cup of blessings with seventeen grandchildren. Robin loves company and challenging her young guests to discover the many giraffes in the obvious and hidden nooks and crannies of their home. An award winner for romance and flash fiction, Robin is multi-published in both fiction and non-fiction and has written well over a hundred stories on her blog for children. Two of her novellas are finalists in the 2020 Selah and one title received third in the Tapestry Awards.
