Below is a list of the entire "Haardrad Family" series and reading order for those who don't already know:
Book 1 - FIRES OF WINTER (Brenna & Garrick)
Book 2 - HEARTS AFLAME (Kristen & Royce - only daughter of Garrick and Brenna)
Book 3 - SURRENDER MY LOVE (Erika & Selig - eldest son of Garrick and Brenna)
a little more excitement. If I can put a book down and come back but want to return another day to see how it ends, it is 3 stars. If I can put it down but want to get back to it to see what happens next or how it ends I give it 4 stars. If I cannot put the book or I am unhappy that I have to stop reading it and can hardly wait to get back to it , then it is 5 stars. For me, this was about 3 1/2 stars so I gave it 3 stars. The two main characters
were interesting. I think a lot more excitement could have been developed around these two characters, I knew what was going to happen before it
did, and there were not really any surprises. There is a family feud, two characters don't want to marry but this is how they will end the feud, they end up liking each other and get married. This is good for something to read in the evening when you want something to do.
