So I really wanted to give this device 4 stars. I'm a huge fan of music so when a firend recommended this device I was excited to try it out.

The Basslet is very thoughtfully put together. The actual unit is comfortable to wear for upto 4 hours on my small wrists.
The feedback that I receive is nowhere near the Subpac S2, but its a nice compliment to the Subpac.
However, less than 90 days into use the case cracked from switching from the larger strap to the smaller strap...since...I have smaller wrists. I contacted customer service and shipped the unit back to the company. All this was very smooth. Then the same issue occured with the replacement unit. I believe that if the strap is too tight...then the casing is not designed to handle both the vibration and the pressure. Once again contacted the company and they replaced again.
So customer service was excellent, but the build quality plus the fact that it's $130 for that build quality makes this more of an item for an experimentalist and bleeding edge sound enthusiast . For everyone else, I'd suggest putting the money towards a Subpac if you were thinking about getting one or the other.

If you care about $200 dollars, you might want to read this review. Ok, so if you are a weirdist like me, and just like to go around buying strange it of this world type items, this is a pretty cool product. I did my fair part of research before buying this product, and most videos and reviews hyped it up. It creates a fairly large amount of vibration in your wrist considering the size. What it actually seems to do is let you know the bass is there. The only way i can describe it is your mind enhances the bass because of this item. I'd say if you are looking for actual bass, just go for a bass heavy set of headphones. Or an actual subwoofer. Also, side note, the device will NOT work with bluetooth headphones unless you have a wireless transmitter you can plug into the basslet and connect to your headphones, but it is possible to get them to work with bluetooth headphones. I was able to get it to work with seemingly no latency. Something fun to do is put it under your pillow, it turns your bed into a subwoofer. That's the best part

Ich war, nachdem ich die euphorischen Werbevideos gesehen habe, sehr gespannt
auf das Release des Kickstarterprojektes.

Das Setup geht sehr einfach und schnell, das Anlegen der 'Uhr' funktioniert auch ohne Probleme.
Das Tragegefühl ist angenehm, der Dongel am Kopfhöreranschluss stört etwas.

Doch vom tragbaren Subwoofer ansich war ich sehr schnell ernüchtert. Insgeheim hatte ich es schon befürchtet:
Das 'Basserlebnis' ähnelt dem Halten eines vibrierenden Handys an den Unterarm. Das extasische Gefühl einer
Clubatmosphäre stellte sich bei mir leider nicht ein.
Zuhause mag es ein nettes Add-on sein (z.B. auch für Filme oder Gaming), aber beim Musikhören ist es eher störend.
Beim Fahrradfahren etc. wird das Gerät überflüssig, da man es quasi ausblendet.

Das Basslet ist ein nettes Gadget mit Zukunft - aber momentan steckt es noch in den Kinderschuhen. Ich bin mir sicher,
das es bald Kopfhörer oder auch Autositze mit einer solchen Technologie geben wird, die ein solches Armbändchen lächerlich
aussehen lassen.

Ich bin von Anfang an sehr skeptisch an dieses Produkt heran gegangen. Ein Bass der vom Handgelenk aus in den ganzen Körper wandern soll..? mhe.
Meine Befürchtungen haben sich auch bestätigt. Das Gefühl welches man verspürt ist zwar ganz nett da es sich wirklich so anfühlt als ob ein kleiner Subwoofer auf dem Handgelenk sitzt aber einen nutzen sehe ich keinen davon. Lieber 200 eur für ordentliche Kopfhörer ausgeben.

weitere nachteile:
- keine weitern Features (uhrzeit, pulstmesser, usw)
- etwas klobig
- das anlegen ist schwierig
- man schwitzt darunter
- kleines gerät zwischen Kopfhörerbuchse und Kopfhörer
- nicht mit Bluetooth Headsets verwendbar
- der Bass kommt bei kurzen Bass tönen leicht verspätet (nervt bei House Musik)

Eine sehr nette Idee, es mangelt aber noch an der praktischen Nutzung. und der preis machts grad noch schlimmer..

Ich hab mir vor kurzem den Basslet gekauft und er ist seitdem nicht mehr wegzudenken. Das zusätzliche Vibrieren ist bei Rock/Rapsongs einfach genial. 200 € ist zwar etwas teuer, allerdings empfehlenswert für jemanden der gern und viel Musik über Kopfhörer hört. Für Gaming begrenzt nutzbar, da man bei Computerheadsets die Lautstärke sehr hoch einstellen muss um etwas zu spüren.

Aufladen funktioniert einfach und schnell. Bedienung auch super einfach und problemlos.
