It's utterly flabbergasting how true this is. I came to know this book on a cabin retreat where my friend brought it along, not to read it, but to use the pages for illustrations (she picked it up off of some stoop in a bougie Brooklyn neighborhood). Something caught her eye and she started reading it. And then I read my number breakdown and was impressed. I must have shared it with a dozen friends since and am even planning on doing the exercises the author recommends. Looking forward to getting into the positive, all the way!
