Celtic Tiger written in 2000 should be updated re the Irish Financial Services Centre (IFSC), the multinational tax avoidance office that notorious shysters in government and banking - primarily Charlie Haughey, Dermot Desmond, and their sidekick Paddy O'hUiginn , aka "the fixer", rigged without the sleepy Dail saying "boo". IFSC has been exposed by the EU in the sad details of the Apple tax avoidance litigation, a scandal totaling at least 34 billion Euro. See [...]
