This is a niche show that makes no bones about being a niche show. Either you understand the world they live in or you don't. If not, you probably will have no idea what you're watching. If you do understand it, then it's hard to stop watching because you get to wallow in some childhood memories for a while. I'm not a huge fan of Kevin Smith's work, but he's a likeable guy, and a pretty good storyteller. The four main characters are typical lovable losers. They're geeks, to put it bluntly, but that's not a pejorative term. If you're a geek, then you probably know it, and wear the identity with pride.
I only wish the episodes were one hour long, like they were in the first season.

A reality show that only gets more relevant as the DC and Marvel Universes expand

I can't believe this show got cancelled! I'm not sure why it was paired with Walking Dead on a schedule anyway, but as TV and film continue to mine comics, this show only becomes more and more relevant. You don't have to be a comic book geek to appreciate the pop culture references, and the natural chemistry of these longtime, real-life buddies makes it one of the more watchable reality shows.

Fun and entertaining

If you are into comics and pop culture, this is a pretty funny and interesting "reality" show. Yeah it's scripted, (every week a celebrity happens to pop by,) but the guys' banter often seems to be off the cuff.

I just buy the seasons here. Then you can watch them commercial-free anytime and as many times as you want.

You know that scene in Jaws when Quint says a shark has lifeless eyes, like doll's eyes?

That could also apply to Ming. I wonder if they'll blow him up with scuba tanks at the end of this season. I hope not.

A politically incorrect show in the dying social justice era -- is a breath of fresh air.
