It's very easy to use and the "s" shape of the design allows you to put pressure on the right spot to work on. The booklet that comes with it shows you several variations on use. I've found that by using it while lying down you can use the bed/floor as a fulcrum and your bodies own weight to apply correct amount of pressure. I've use this while sitting or standing. The product also comes apart easily into two pieces that fit nicely into a backpack. I take it between the office and home. One trick I've discovered is to shake it while you are applying pressure or rotate it so that the point of pressure moves, this is great when working with spots near your shoulder blades for the back the shaking and fulcrum work really well. The product is made of some sort of high impact plastic it is very hard and rugged and has lasted traveling in luggage and such for several years now. I highly recommend this product for everyone and would make a perfect gift as well. Try it and you'll agree that it is the best $30 you've spent in a long time!
This thing is fantastic! Everyone I have ever let use it has enjoyed it...one woman described it as "the best thing to ever happen to me in my life." Since using it I go to the massage parlor a lot less for the trigger therapy treatments. My migraines have all but disappeared and my medication usage has gone down.
This item is very lightweight and requires almost no strength to provide the pressure/leverage needed for relief which is important because a lot of times I haven't the strength. All you do is place one of the small knobs on your sore muscle or where you have a trigger point or knot and pull down or forward. The tightness you feel just releases and then the pain goes away with it. It is very easy to use and best of all to use without any assistance in nearly any position, ie. lying down, sitting up, standing. For my shoulder and neck area this is amazing but I can also do so many other areas of the body.Read more ›
At first I thought perhaps I had a defective unit. So, I decided to put out another $30, and buy another. It works great if it doesn't break. But, soon after, it too snapped. Now I'm out $60. Maybe I should have bought two to begin with and duct taped them together as one heavy duty unit. That might help.
Manufacturer has made good on unit by replacing it with no questions asked. I've had no problems since and can highly recommend the product/company in particular, as they were very pleasant to deal with.
It really helps you dig into those nasty knots and loosen up the trigger points.
Also, it collapses into two pieces, so it fits nicely into your suitcase or backpack so you can take it both on the road and to work.
If you have a back filled with knots on a regular basis, I recommend you check this out.

Good for massaging knots but not the same as Getting a massage. A bit difficult to angle it right and reach exactly what spot you're looking for. Good massage tool though.Published 1 day ago by Lisa P
