Great concept and lifestyle but pamphlet is way overpriced.

I wanted to love this but I'm really aggravated. This 'book' is less than 70 pages, and every other paragraph exhorts the reader to buy either of her other books for recipes and info. There are no recipes whatsoever in this book. You'll get told the bare guidelines of the program, which I had already pretty much figured out from reading various blogs of people doing it, and that's it. This is what she has to say about the juicing you'll be doing: "Bottom line: have fun with it and make your juices
really tasty! (For more inspiration, I suggest referring to my book, Detox 4 Women" It should really read 'for ANY inspriation' as there's not a single solitary juice recipe to start you on the right track if you're completely new to this. The same thing applies to the evening meal. No recipes whatsoever, just a suggestion that there are lots of recipes in her other book and it should be your "go-to guide". Umm, for $20, I expect a little more. Or, you're told you could go to her site and join her community to get recipes, tips, etc., but that's $50. From the little I've tried of the Rose Cleanse it's a great way to tune up your body, but this book is really a rip-off since it's basically an advert to buy other books. :-( Really disappointed.
