Not as much variety as expected

It seemed there were a LOT of egg-based recipes. I like eggs, don't get me wrong, but I can spruce up an omelet all on my own. Also, although Sara has a lot of dairy-free recipes, most of the ones in the book have heavy cream or whole milk in them. I did glance through with the "Look Inside!" option, but didn't seem to showcase this.
