Best, most concise (short read), easily understood, simple diagnostic test, help others understand, A-hah, Tobias work ever!!! Don't take my word for it until I buy up all the used copies I want. Cynthia, you really should reprint this... just for me and all the other Job Corps Instructors, and those working with those who didn't fit/slip the mainstream, out there, among others- actually everyone, everywhere- Work, Home, School, Fishing Buddies...

Cynthia Tobias is excellent at what she does every parent should be given One of her books to read when they leave the hospital with a new baby! And anyone that ever enters the workplace should be required to read her book, "The way we work"!

If you have read "The Way They Learn" ... This book is a great follow up. It address the same subject of learning styles only aimed towards adults.

Simple and effective explanation of varied styles between managers and employees. Employs a summary of some great research presented in a simple and easy to understand format. It will teach all levels of staff to respect each other in a completely different way and learn how to communicate more effectively.

Highly recommended to professionals in the work place. This will help you understand yourself and your co-workers more by looking at the traditional DISC with added layers/attributes.
