Y 5 Stars? Because it is the only non-violent show that kids can watch and actually have a laugh, simply because they see someone like them. The crazy sounds George makes are lovable. The things he does, kids do! I hate today's kids shows that try to put a girlfriend-boyfriend scene in it not knowing some of our kids are too young for that; they show be for all kids level. No one want real life cases in every movie. That use to be the point of watching, to get away from that. You know imagination.

The critic says, 'you are suppose to be responsible to not let them watch!' What choice do we have...society is flooded we love & sex! Ice Age, Turbo, (& movies with wow she's hot phrases), & Despicable Me. In that one, my kid repeated the word 'nut job' (sperm donor) <spoiler> when he heard Chancy criticized the neighbor's friend-the blind date.

We love George! Buy all seasons for your kid, heck my wife has learned to love em & so have I.

Curious George is always amazing. All the episodes are filled with excitement and little experiments! Probably by far the best thing on TV for kids . And i feel because there is less talking and more doing the kids are so fascinated by trying to figure out everything along with George . And the situations and experiments are things the kids can totally relate with.

Our 2 year old absolutely loves Curious George. Every single episode grabs his attention while no other shows will. Its a show that parents can enjoy also. Its not as educational as others out there but its very family friendly and suitable for kids of all ages.

Best show for my 18month old twins. They love George. This is literally the first show they ever paid attention to and get so excited when he is on. I've even learned a few things watching George in terms of how a kid thinks. Too cute

My grandchildren love George and I like the way a lesson is always included. My favorite was when George learned that when playing golf, the lowest score wins. George thought that if he didn't play at all, he would have a zero, and then he would be the winner every time. Grandpop didn't think this was the least bit funny.

My son has been watching Curious George for a long time. While it was available for free for Prime members in the past, we had to purchase these episodes but that does not change the fact that we still love George.

I'm an adult and watch Curious George because it is based on the books I read as a child. Also when I tire of the drama of TV and every day life, I watch Curious George to make myself laugh. I love the normality of the man with the big yellow hat.
