Fun for techno-heads or trendsetters, the One binary fashion watch displays time in binary code. Green LEDs indicate hours and minutes. Simply add the numbers of lit LEDs on the upper row (8-4-2-1) to tell hours and the number of lit LEDs on the bottom row (32-16-8-4-2-1) for minutes. Few can resist the allure of this enigmatic design and it easily impresses those who don't know the code. This watch not only looks incredible, its comfortable stainless steel band allows all-day wear. It also has a 38-1/2-millimeter case held in place by a stationary bezel and a black dial covered with a resilIent mineral dial window. Packaged in a decorative tin and complete with instructions, this timepiece is irresistible. It is powered by digital-quartz movement and is water resistant to a depth of 99 feet.
"My interest is in the future; as I'm going to be spending the rest of my life there."
--- Charles Kettering
In the year 1998 Anton Kraft had the idea of creating watches different from anything else ever seen: LED Displays and a new time reading system that will revolutionize the watch market. Despite the non-existence of technical resources or opportunities at the time, he registered for a legal protection of his ideas.
In 2004 Anton Kraft teamed up with the owners of a production facility who brought the technical knowledge required for this journey. Because of the initial time reading system being based on the IT code for all computers - the binary code - with the numbers 0 and 1, the brand name 01 THE ONE was born. In 2005 Time Technology Ltd. was founded and now operates the brand 01 THE ONE.
01 THE ONE is considered the leading name in design & fashion orientated watches, The brand has been a pioneer of innovation and style since the very beginning and now present in 20 countries world-wide.
Instead of following the trends on the watch market, 01 THE ONE’s objective is to create something unique and different.
Anton Kraft's idea was to create a watch line perfect for independent people who follow their own unique path in life and trend-setters who express their individuality by the way they dress. From the very beginning, Anton Kraft ignored style-dictators and consumer forecasts of the fashion or watch establishment.
The 01 THE ONE staff reflects this freedom: a cosmopolitan team that creates a family-like working atmosphere. 01 THE ONE 'people' and their working methods are unconventional, but productive – driven by the idea of creating an evolution.
And this is just the beginning...
Join the 01 THE ONE's evolution.

I had to press the button on the side to view the time (the LEDs are not on until you press it).
The LED lights seemed really dim and dull, very hard to see. I figured it was just a problem
with the battery and that this would improve with a new battery.
I had the battery replaced and the LED brightness was exactly the same. I asked the jeweler who
replaced the battery if he'd replaced it and he said he checked the voltage of the old and new
batteries and that it was definitely a new, fully charged battery.
In summary, although the concept of the watch is awesome, I would not recommend it because
- You need both of your hands to tell the time (one hand with the watch, the other to press the button)
- The LEDs are so dim that you have to cup your hand over the display to actually read the time.
