Overall, this is probably not on everyone’s “must read” list, but it is a good primer on perhaps what is the most known theory of motivation - Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.
One of the host's on FOX's The 5 also referenced the author at this posting, as security is required for higher achievement in that I took that to say that defunding the police is an insane idea. No question, we need to step up as a claimed leader in human rights however, not all police are evil and they go way above what most others would do for their country and this publication might help others who need a clue.
LIKE LITERALLY THIS THEORY IS AMAZING
I COMPLETELY BASE MY LIFE AND DECISIONS AROUND HIS WRITING!
I'd recommend this to anyone in search of a higher understanding of himself or herself or others.
