The good news: very pleasant scent, and very potent.But it's not vanilla oleoresin. I've bought vanilla oleoresin from multiple brands in the past, and the scent has always been consistent- a sweet, complex version of vanilla with spicy notes.This is not remotely similar to any vanilla oleoresin I've smelled. It smells like a Pina colada, with extra pineapple.A very nice smell, but I wanted vanilla oleoresin. Makes me wonder what it actually is, ands whether it's even safe considering that it clearly is not what it says it is.I guess this much vanilla oleoresin for such a low price was too good to be true.

First of all, I put this oil on my skin. I put it behind my ears, on my wrist, my chest and on my ankles. Whenever I wear it and leave the house, it is as if I am the only person in the store. There was nothing to dislike. This product smells great. I add to carrier oil on paper towels and place in air vent. Lasts a good week then softly lingers. Be careful to research which essential oils scents you can safely use around pets. Tea tree oil is deadly as are so many others. I discovered Lavender, Vanilla and Myrr are safe. The scents are great as well.
