This book is a solid instruction manual (down and dirty and to the point), yet there is a great deal of rambling that could have been weeded out. After a while the chatter becomes quite annoying--particularly for non-British readers like myself who grow weary of translating the slang.
However, it is not my intention to steer prospective readers away! If you find yourself getting "itchy" as you read, simply skip ahead until you are free of that particularly cumbersome segment. You will then find nuggets of pure gold.
This book could help eliminate potential stress by making one realize how much we care about dumb stuff. The world is really an amazing place, and we have learned over the years to become so worried about stuff that really shouldn't concern us. As someone who use to care too much, I can say this book has helped me to see things from a new point of view.
This book practically jumped off the shelf at my library and the title made me laugh out loud (not so smart in a library, but hahaha). It is so funny and so profound (and profane) and it all rings so true. I needed to have a copy to read again and again, so I came to Amazon to buy it for myself and I also ordered his earlier book, too (which isn't at my library, but is here at Amazon) -- can't tell ya the name though because it has profane content (hahahaha).
