Smart Pro RGB Power SupplyComing with a pre-installed, patented 256 colors Riing 14 RGB fan with 5 lighting modes to choose from and built-in memory. Featuring capacities ranging from 650W to 850W and 80 PLUS Bronze certification, Smart Pro RGB Bronze adopts the highest quality components and fully modular design that always accommodate any mainstream build under any circumstances. |
One Button to Your Desired ColorBy pressing the RGB lighting button, the fan color can be switched among a 256 Color RGB Cycle with variants including Solid Red, Green, Blue, White, and a LED Off mode. Constructed with a built-in memory function, the fan can save the color applied and insuring the same color selection every time you boot your PC. |
Power Supply Fan Face-Up Placement for Better CoolingWith the face-up placement of the fan, users can freely gaze upon the patented circular 256 multi-colored RGB fan and at the same time obtaining additional performance by using the fan as a additional exhaust mechanism, repelling unwanted heat from your chassis. The temperature of PSU and computer system will decrease around 3°C (5.4 °F) by placing PSU face-up. |
Riing 14 RGB Fan with Concentrated Compression Fan BladeDesigned for high static pressure requirements of demanding applications, the concentrated compression blade is engineered to focus the weaker, inner circle of air outward, allowing the outer section to pressurize the air. Hydraulic bearings for silent operation guarantee ultra-low noise, and the anti-vibration mounting system strengthens the product’s stability. |

Ultra Quiet Smart Zero FanSmart Zero Fan ensures zero noise when the fan operates below approximately 10% working load to minimize audible noise. The fan will operate when the power supply working load over 10%. A switch is provided for those who prefer the fan to spin constantly. |
Low Ripple NoiseAll ripples are lower than 50mV for high stability on +12V, +5V, or +3.3V from 0% to 100% load to ensure a high quality power supply. Low ripple noise will keep your components, such as high-end graphics cards, to operate reliably for longer. |
100% High Quality Japanese 105°C/221°F Capacitors100% high quality 105 °C (221 ° F) Japanese made capacitors which greatly improve the durability and offer the highest stability and reliability. |
Fully Modular Low-Profile Flat CableFully modular Smart Pro RGB Bronze offers cable selection for users while powering the system at an advantageous voltage. Low-profile flat black cable can make cable management easier, reduce clutter and increase airflow inside the chassis. |

UPDATE
My power supply went out last night, and when it did it burnt out my SSD, my HDD, and my friggin CD rom drive...I will never buy from this company again.
I have lost every picture that wasn't uploaded to the cloud....and various chapters to a book I was working on.
Back to Corsair from now on.
Motherboard- MSI MEG Z490 ACE
Processor- Intel i9-10900F
Video- EVGA RTX 2080
I sent a letter To Thermaltake, told to return to Amazon which I did, but also told I had to contact the other manufacturers about replaceing the components that THEIR power supply fried. So far I'm out about $2k and don't see them replacing components damaged by another vendors unit. Use caution buying from here, the warranty seems to change when purchased from Amazon or Ebay.
CPU: Ryzen 5600x
GPU: ASUS TUF 3090 OC
AIO: CoolerMaster 360 Mirror
RAM: Gskill Trident Z 2x16
SSD: Samsung 970 EVO NVME 1TB
I turned off my system to install a new fan that came in. Connected it to my fan hub. Powered the PSU back on and hit the power button. Instantly heard the fizzle of death.
Panicked for a good 30 minutes troubleshooting. Took an old 600w PSU(very temporary) and thankfully no components were fried so the built in protection on the PSU at least did the job so kudos there.
Have only had for about a month and thankfully it is still within the return window to where I can easily replace this unit with a completely different brand.
In retrospect I probably just got a dud and I am sure the overwhelming majority of these PSUs are fine but it has just left a sour taste in my mouth and just no longer trust this particular model.
I ordered this for my new rig build because for the money a Platinum psu with these options is hard to find. Nice rgb (if your into them) and quiet.
However the supplied cables are cheap and hard to make the 180 degree bends needed for installation. Not to mention UGLY!
Thermaltake does not offer a complete set, just extensions. So I called them and they stated basically that it was too much pain to make a full set. Oh and if you get an aftermarket set you'll void the warranty. I also ask for the pin assignment schematic which turns out to be propitiatory. I told him the extensions would not work for me because my new Thermaltake core p3 has an exposed psu and you'd still be able to see their UGLY cables at the psu.
Hope this helps, Ward's World

I had needed three things.
1. Brand I can trust
2. RGB fan
3. Decent price point
I found it with this, 650W RGB Bronze PS by Thermaltake.
The first thing I do when I install any new PS I test it with my ATX universal tester, I did with this and it passed with flying colors. The install is easy and basic as with all PS boxes. One thing that I like that is becoming standard is the modular cable system as this can allow us to pick and choose what WE need. The old attached birds nest that takes a dozen zip ties to neaten up is a thing of the past !
The RGB effect is in-house so it cannot be added to Fusion etc but still the little button on the side is easy to switch as wanted.
One other thing that I do like is that it is extremely quiet. Even when it's being called for a good rpm, this thing is almost dead silent I’m very impressed. The " smart fan " feature is also nice as the fan will not come on until that 10% load mark is hit, we can at a flick of the switch turn it on or off.
I put together a short vid showing the color changing effects. I sped up the video just for the sake of lowering the video meg size.
Not much else to say but that, yes this does work. I've never had an power surges, nothing has just turn off causing a hard boot, nothing as the title says " stable as a rock ". Easy to mount, easy to plug in and remove the cables, I have zero complaints.
Helpful, is how I hope you find my review

The cables were a bit messy. Athough it was neatly bundled up and smooth, but the cables kinda looked like it was hastily put on and it took more room in my case than it should have. I though the cables were gonna be nice and clean.
The cables for the gpu were red, it kinda ruins alot of colour schemes with red tipped cables, it really stands out.
The Power supply generates quite alot of heat. I definitely reccomend putting the psu up where the fan is or else your psu will become an Easy Bake Oven.
The power supply worked as intended and got the job done. For the price (and rgb with it being fully modular), I'd buy it again.
I haven't tested the noise level but I'll assume it's quiet.
