The case is well built, however 2 weeks after assembling my computer the rear fan started to make a terrible racket on startup. It is to the point where I have to run it with the side off the case and using my finger, slow or stop the fan for over 2 minutes on each startup in order to get the noise (vibration) to stop. I emailed Thermaltake and in order to get my fan replaced I have too many hoops to jump though just to replace a fan under warranty, including shipping the fan back to Thermaltake at MY expense! Also, right from the beginning the power light only works in sleep mode and the hard drive activity light doesn't work at all. What happened to honorable business practices? So, great case......... just beware you may be replacing cheap Chinese junk electrical components at your own cost.

This case is a great upgrade from my old Raidmax case. This Element G is built with quality and keeps all my components cool with the 3 massive fans. I was able to manage my cables with easy with a few zip-ties and mounts behind the motherboard tray and the convenient cubby hole under the hard drive cage for loose wires for good air flow, which also helps keep everything cool. The fans are quiet and can only SEE the fans speed up with the control knob but not HEAR them. I plan to keep this case for a long time due to the many available options for upgrades. I would highly recommend this case to anyone looking for a solid built case, great cable management, quality cooling, and even for the good looking color changing. A+++

I love the Design of the Case, but is very flimsy for my taste. I love the side quiet fan on the side and how this door seems to have a connector, so it comes off all the way without any attached wires to disconnet. I love the lights, the fan controller is non existance. I recomend this case for a cool looking built, but be very careful on removing metal peices out of it, it scratches easily and I hate the ruff feel it has on the outside of the case. I hate the cable management door on the other side. The feet are made of platic and not rubber. Well? I guess I hate more of it, then what I like, so I am going to rate it Ok.

Ps: installing a PSU is a bit off, but not too bad. On a plus side, it has great air flow.

I find this case to be easy to access, with lots of standard and optional cooling fans, and an instruction manual that is VERY minimal.

Pro:
There is lots of room in the case, and it is well designed and constructed. Even the removable side panels are sturdy. The motherboard fit easily, and the back I/O panel went in well.

The case comes with lots of screws for use in constructing your system. The HDD mounts are done with special screws; you put them onto the HDD, then slide the drive into the rack, where it snaps in.

There is a platform on top of the power supply for 2.5 inch HDD or SSD. This is a nice touch; many systems use SSD for the boot drive. I don't have these, and omitted the platform from my system.

There is a rotary switch to change the RPM of the three case fans. Those three extra large fans drive a lot of air, but actually move slowly even on the high power setting. I keep mine on high, and it is still quiet. It comes with mounting brackets for two more 120 MM fans (which go behind the large front fan), and space for two 60 mm fans over the VGA ports. I installed the latter, but since I have only the one HDD, I didn't add any extras to the front. As for efficiency, I am using a Phenom II X6 1100T running at stock with a stock CPU cooling fan, and the system idles at 29C; the most I have seen it hit is 49C. So the case moves air well.

The side fan has a connector feature that provides power, which means I don't have to try and connect the fan to the motherboard or power supply before closing the door. This is really great.

The case has two round openings near the power supply that can be used for an external water cooling system.

This is a decent case, but has a number of irritating problems that prompted me to swap the guts of my PC to another one.

The included fans are nice, but personally I find the lightshow to be kind of irritating. It would have been nice to have an option to disable the LEDS, so as to prevent it feeling like an alien abduction every time my machine would pop out of sleep in the night.

My biggest complaint about the case was the fact that dust would accumulate more rapidly than in any other box I've owned. It got sucked in mostly through the side fan, which has very little in the way of a filter. I literally had to dust this thing out every two weeks, which is far worse than any other box that has been in the same location.

Finally, the side panels were a pain to get off. I spend a lot of time under the hood, and it's irritating to have to fight to get your case panels off.

Huge case to fit even the biggest motherboards ATX-E, plenty of room to move around and customize with liquid cooling, fans! Fit everything I needed from optic drives to hard drives and GTX 670.

Had a little confusion on the system header to get the LED's and fans to initially work to include the 4 pin mollex that is on the back side of the case to power all of them. Other then this no problems at all!
