I hate when they push it back so close to release date... Getting our hopes up and then squashing them. I'm sure we can now look forward to a September-November release date at the earliest. =(

Well if they do like square did with Final Fantasy XIII-2 it'll be released early 2013 :/ I'll remain optimistic for your release date though lol. This game does look super amazing from what I've seen.

I am also saddened about the release date being pushed back. I watched the trailor a week or 2 ago on PSN and it looks so amazing. I bet it will come out before the placeholder date (Dec.31 2012) they have up now.

with Skyrim available and also Kingdoms of Amalure right around the corner, I think they felt it would be good for them to push it back. it looked as if it needed some graphical polish anyway. could turn out to be an even better game then it currently looks. who knows? sometimes when they push a game back it turns out far better. so, I can wait.
kind of glad anyway I'm pretty broke what with Mass Effect 3, Twisted Metal, and Fallout NV Ultimate ed. all coming in febuary plus all the games that came out in november.

Where did you read they pushed the release back? I thought it was coming at the end of March?

It was scheduled to come our around March 12 i think, but idk what caused them to push it back. When you look at the game's page on amazon right underneath where you can choose ps3 or xbox it says "December 31, 2012".

NeoStar9 says:
The Dec 31, 2012 is just a placeholder date. Other games (all Playstation Vita content had that when they first went up on Amazon for example) have had that before they were updated with the right release dates.

I know it's a placeholder, but that doesnt guarantee that it will be released in 2012. From what I've seen (since I've actually noticed the placeholders) if it says it comes out Dec 31, XXXX it will come out the Following year. In this Case it'll (might) be 2013.

Felicia says:
The release date is still 3/27 on Gamestop, IGN, and other sites... is Amazon more definitive on release dates?

You're right Felicia they do still show them as such. Hmm.. something's gotta give here. lol. Either Amazon has early insight on a push back or someone gave them wrong information. I think I may open a live chat with them and ask them about this. I'll do it tomorrow before I head to class and report what they tell me.
