You can tell Brad knows what he is talking about and is really out to help his readers transform their mindset about nutrition and overall health. Think And Live Lean is a book that is going to really help you dig deep and search for your true WHY, your REAL REASON for wanting to live line.
Brad want's you to go deeper with your WHY, not the simple surface reasons like I want to be fit or loss weight. No, he asks you to tie your WHY to a GREATER REASON an emotion that will drive you in your most difficult days of your Live Lean Journey. On the days when you don't feel like eating clean or working out your WRITTEN WHY will be your reminder as to why these efforts will be worth it in the long run.
Think And Live Lean is a positive, uplifting, educational and potentially life changing book. My journey has not been easy coming from a weight of 275 lbs to 178 lbs (current 3/11/19). Before the book and before I discovered Brad and his wife Jessica's YouTube channel I really had no structure, plan, education and most importantly a real WHY. Their principles and workout programs are helping me transform my body, mind and life! I have been dealing with an auto immune disorder since May of 2018 and that was my eye opener to really dig deep and find my WHY. Before, it was just to lose weight and reach 150 lbs. Now, my why is to live lean for the sole purpose of adding more years of good health to my life, eliminate foods that are causing my immune system to react with inflammation, reducing the pain my body feels due to the immune disorder and to be an inspiration to others dealing with the same issues of obesity and illness. I want to prove to myself that I can do this and I will! No physical issue will stop me from taking control of my body and health.
I really hope you pick up this book! The positivity you will get from reading this book will motivate you to work hard, stay consistent and dedicated. Like Brad says, It is not about being perfect, it's about getting better day by day with small and consistent work.

I also got the audio book to listen to at work and Brad does a wonderful job with his narration. In both the book and the narration, Brad talks to you with a kindness and warmth of one friend opening up to another, and that is my favorite part.

And i got to the hotel, did my in room workout with what i can only describe as renewed vigour and killed it (if i do say so myself!), came down to eat and was that engrossed in doing my Chapter 1 "homework" i nearly missed my meal arriving!!! Steak, sweet potato wedges and salad wolfed down (a bit too quick!) I couldn't wait to get back to it!!!!
Sorry for the ridiculously excitable post, this is only day 1 of using these tools properly so maybe the enthusiasm will die down, but i hope not!!!! Thanks Brad & Jess you are awesome!!!
