About the Author
New York Times and USA Today Bestseller/contemporary romance writer Samantha Chase released her debut novel, Jordan's Return, in November 2011. Although she waited until she was in her 40's to publish for the first time, writing has been a lifelong passion. Her motivation to take that step was her students: teaching creative writing to elementary age students all the way up through high school and encouraging those students to follow their writing dreams gave Samantha the confidence to take that step as well.
When she's not working on a new story, she spends her time reading contemporary romances, playing way too many games of Scrabble or Solitaire on Facebook and spending time with her husband of 25 years and their two sons in North Carolina.

Definitely a recommended read!
Riley is trying to launch a solo career after the success of his band Shaughnessey. Problem is he is stuck and can't seem to write. Savannah works for a rock magazine and is assigned Riley's story. She doesn't want to do the story because she really does not like him from what she knows of him through the media. BUT from the instant they meet the attraction is fierce and they are unable to ignore it for long. They have so much in common and make such a great couple.
Riley is actually a very sensitive man, a side not too many people see except his family. She encourages him and gives him the push he needs to play and try to write again. Falling for Savannah opens up his block and he is finally able to write songs again.
Of course there is a monkey wrench thrown into their otherwise wonderful relationship because of something that happened before they met and fell in love but luckily everything works itself out.
Can I just say again how much I love this family and how much I can't wait for Owen's book because I love him so much!!
Five star read again!!!!
