I then visited David and Melissa at their house, where they used one of their rooms for meditation practice , and found it much easier. After we moved away I had the opportunity to go back to Worcester and visit their new establishment.. it is quite marvelous and inspiring, with a large meditation hall, where we sit on -comfortable cushions, or chairs, and they lead amazingly restorative sessions. It is marvelous for those of us who, before we retired, were extremely busy.. and now that we are retired, I wish I were able to meditate quietly by myself, but it doesn't really work! I think book is fabulous.. well written and inspiring! I hope it sells well, and wish he and Melissa would come and lead a session to expose our church members in Scarborough, Maine, to their teachings.
