This one does includes iron and is more rounded than most vitamins out there for a lower-middle price range. I wanted to try Thorne out before actually getting pregnant then switching to my expensive prenatals, but now realize the iron was too much for my body to take. If you know you are deficient in iron then this prenatal might work for you and you might not have the same experience as me.
After 3 weeks, I've stopped taking these due to the gastrointestinal issues and immediate aches I get from these prenatals. It was immediate reaction when I started but I thought maybe it was my food, or just "getting used to it". I peeled back the bottle label where the other half of the remaining ingredients were listed and remembered that the extra iron might be causing me these issues. Having too much can mess with your gut microbiome and I felt it was obvious by my daily bloat and stomach rumblings that my body was working way hard but in a bad way. Typically I'm very regular, but had multiple days of strain. For now, I will be switching back to my usual capsules that do not include iron until maybe later in pregnancy and could use the extra.
Update: I stopped and my body is back to being regular, so confirmed it was this supplement. Also this brand/seller is extremely honest and responsive. They sent me a refund after seeing my review. I wasn't expecting it but really appreciate that they care. Because of this I added an extra star back from 3 to 4 as I would be willing to try their other products.

I just received my product last night and have only had one dose (3 capsules) so I can't fully comment on how my body reacts to them. So far (I took them about 10 minutes after my dinner had begun to digest) I had no nausea or other discomfort. No gross after taste when I burp, they didn't get stuck going down (thanks to the smooth capsule coating, I'm sure. These are NOT a chalky tablet that sticks to your mouth/throat), etc. It was a lot like taking a normal multi-vitamin for the lack of adverse reactions. I am currently TTC so I am not sure how these would react in my pregnant body. Once I'm pregnant (and have also been using them for a stretch of time, I'm already taking them daily) I will edit my review to reflect my findings.However, my review right now is focused on debunking some folks claiming that because the capsules are now a light-gray color (this is their actual color now and the color of product I received) that they are counterfeit. Those same people seem to have not bothered to contact Thorne for clarification or to assuage their concerns. Allow me to share with you a screen-shot of the email I received this morning (check out the date highlighted in a red box! I blocked out my email address for privacy) putting my concerns to rest.I DO recommend this product to other women. It was recommended to me by my chiropractor who is a mother of three and took this product for all three of her pregnancies AND when breast-feeding all three of her babies. So far it has been a pleasant experience and it's 50% cheaper to buy it from this seller on Amazon than it is through Thorne directly, who charge 12$$ for basic shipping, bringing the cost of the product (after taxes, as I live in a sales tax state) up to almost 50$. Buy it here on Amazon. It's the real deal.
