So upset! I watched as my loved one opened this gift for Christmas, only to find that it is missing a bottle (The Basil Flavor)! Incredibly embarrassing, and simply unacceptable…I don’t see how such a mistake could happen during manufacturing. Don’t take the risk by purchasing this item!

I can't return this item for some reason, so now I'm out the price of the item and have glass shards instead. There is no explanation as to why these oils cannot be returned or refunded.
