Exotic dancer/shifter, Naya James, needs protection due to girls at the club going missing. Wheeler Cole is assigned as her body guard by his brother/Alpha. Naya and Wheeler have always fought like cats and dogs, but as things unfold they begin to confide in each other.

I love this book. There was so much excitement and drama. I could not put it down.

Poor Wheeler is unjustifiably labeled the black sheep of his family, while his twin, who is the real issue, gets all the love and attention. My heart went out to Wheeler and all he endured to protect his twin. He is a good guy, whom is very misunderstood.

I love that he confides in Naya. Despite their rocky start, the two are actually perfect for on another. I like that Naya is so caring. She has kept her animal a secret due to prejudices and fear. She is a strong individual with a healthy outlook. The confidence in the way she talks kind of reminded me of Pam from HBO’s True Blood Series. For whatever reason I kept hearing her voice and accent in my head, but I did not visualize her looking like Kristin Bauer.

The plot was clever and involved. All the details are perfect and carefully thought out. The story had a bit of everything: humor, mystery, drama, romance.

I also appreciate that we get glimpses of the past Seven series characters, so we know what is going on in their lives.

Dannika Dark is an amazing writer. Each book while related, is very different and just as thrilling. The Seven Series continues to be one of my favorites. I look forward to book six, Two Minutes.

If you haven't read the seven series I highly suggest you start at the beginning with seven days then keep going from there. You will better understand the story since it's about a shifter pack the Weston pack specifically each story is about a member so it's really helpful to read them all. If read alone it's still fun but I don't think it will be as deeply appreciated. JMO

On the three hours, this is Wheelers story, for those that follow he's the brother with the chip on his shoulder, always dishing out attitude covered in tattoos and it seems that none of the others really no him except maybe his twin Ben the supposed "good" twin, fun easy to be around.

Naya is Lexi's ( alpha female of the pack) best friend, who saved Lexi from her murderous ex and continues to be one heck of a friend. So when some of the girls at the exotic dancing club that Naya works at goes missing she seeks out the help of the Weston Pack. She asks Reno to investigate since he is a P.I and Austin puts Wheeler on Bodyguard duty. What more could a girl ask for.... Well let's just say nothing goes smoothly Wheeler is a a man with a past he's protective of who can't seem to get the fiery Naya out from under his skin as they banter the sexual tension is building, and Wheeler isn't the only one being affected.
I can't get to much into what happens without giving things away and trust me you would rather find out for yourself than read it in a review. Suffice it to say Wheeler is one hell of a man and personally I'm in love😍 he isn't just tough or sexy or even sweet. He's more than all that he's dynamite looks plain enough on the outside but everyone knows it's dangerous to add a little fire AKA Naya because when you do its explosive.

I am floating on an endless sea of feels!!! Three Hours was PERFECTION! It was everything I hoped it would be plus a hundred more I never even imagined. I always suspected that still waters ran deep within Wheeler, but I could never have predicted the veritable Marianas Trench beneath his choppy surface. Of all the members of the Weston Pack, Wheeler has consistently been my favorite because of his snarky disdain. Now he is my favorite for a myriad of reasons beginning with his unwavering devotion to those he loves. Naya was the perfect female to soften his rough edges. She is a strong, confident, independent woman who I could not love more. Her fiery personality is tempered with an overwhelming amount of compassion that make her the perfect heroine. And when these two incredibly explosive characters come together....Q=mcΔT (formula for heat)! I cannot stress enough how much I LOVED this book. Dannika Dark continues to surprise and awe me with each new installment!

Can a broken man ever find worth or acceptance from family or a woman. Can opposites find trust and purpose? I was amazed to discover so many secrets from both Naya and Wheeler and to discover how much they had in common. This story is a story of discovery, not only between Naya and Wheeler, but also between Wheeler and his family. Wheeler's vulnerability and Naya's strength and faith was exciting to read. Have to give a hearty thumbs up for this story.

Three Hours focuses on Naya James and Wheeler Cole's relationship, and all I can say is WOW! In the fifth installment of the Seven Series, we have gotten a glimpse of both Wheeler and Naya since book 1. Wheeler is the black sheep of the Weston pack - angry and dark. He is the polar opposite of his identical twin brother, Ben. Naya is a shifter (animal unknown until this book), who is an exotic dancer and Lexi's best friend.

Wheeler and Naya have had animosity towards each other since the day Wheeler publically berated April at the mall in book 2 - Six Months. This book takes place approximately four years after that, and their dislike for each other has only gotten worse over the years. This is their story.

I started reading this book at midnight. Next thing I know, it is 3am. I figured I'd read just one more chapter and then go to bed. Next thing I know, it is 6:00a. By this point I was almost done with the book and kept reading until I was done. Dannika Dark is such wonderful writer that you just get so lost in the story that time has absolutely no meaning. Time flew in a blink of the eye. And she is one of a handful of writers that I re-read her books or listen to the audiobooks because her stories are so unique in and of themselves that I can get lost in the Mageri world she has created time and time again. It never gets old, and it never gets boring.

This book was full of plot twists and surprises that I did not see coming from previous books, but now everything makes perfect sense. I have to say that I cried some and my jaw dropped at the end. I love it when the plot is not predictable.

Another job well done, Dannika.
