About the Author
Helenna Santos and Alexandra Boylan: Helenna Santos is an actor, producer, writer, and the founder of Ms. In The Biz. She has appeared in a wide variety of projects from feature films such as Universal’s American Reunion, to high profile digital productions like BlackBoxTV, as well as a number of network television series. Helenna can often be found on panels and in appearances at conventions such as San Diego Comic-Con. She has produced and starred in numerous projects including the short horror film The Infected, the digital series Henchmen, an LGBT experimental short film, and at the time of publishing is in development for the sci- fi creature feature Specious and the neo-noir caper flick Snatched, both of which she is producing with her husband Barry W. Levy through Mighty Pharaoh Films. Alexandra Boylan was born and raised in Georgetown, Massachusetts, where she first began her exploration into acting, which led her to relocate to Los Angeles. After working in the industry, she soon realized her true calling as a producer. She co- founded MirrorTree Productions which has produced two feature films, Home Sweet Home and Catching Faith. Alexandra is also the Co-Creator of Your Perfect Adventure which just released the first of its kind live action, movie, app game, Your Pizza Adventure, which brings a new platform of entertainment to the world, melding video games and movies into one. She is an active member of Women in Film in Los Angeles and hopes to continue to create strong female-driven content for audiences everywhere.
