Art Through the Eyes of the Soul Paperback – May 25, 2010

5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars 5 ratings

In this book, Cheryl Rose-Hall shares the unique painting technique that she has developed. As a sensitive, she shares how she paints by attuning to her subjects through the eyes and spirals out from that central point. Using historical data along with her psychic impressions, she creates empowered works of art based on sacred sites and their mythology. This book includes photos, images, and research that the public has never seen before. This is reiterated in the brilliant forward by Dr. Jean Houston. The book is divided into the four mythic lands where Cheryl lives and creates. Narnia (Northern Ireland), Lemuria (Mt. Shasta), Avalon (UK), and Bohemia (Prague, Czech Republic). There are 120 color photos and 60 color paintings and their stories. Some of the highlights include The real portrait of Mary painted by St. Luke, the actual Kingdom of Narnia, and the rarely seen ancient Lemurian petroglyphs near Mt. Shasta documented by archeologists.

Cheryl Yambrach Rose-Hall is a portrait painter, visionary artist and researcher. Using historical data along with her psychic impressions she creates empowered oil paintings based on sacred sites and their mythology. She calls this Neo-Mythic Art ®. Her book “Art Though the Eyes of the Soul” released in 2010 is a rich collection of these stories. It contains 60 full color paintings from her experiences in the mythic landscape, which are documented in 120 color photographs, with forward by Dr. Jean Houston. Her Oracle card deck “Art Through the Eyes of the Soul Oracle” was released in 2011 with 52 large gilded cards of original paintings with 112 page guidebook. There is also an iPhone and iPad app of the deck with enchanting music and animation.

Excelling in spiritual portraiture, Cheryl is collected by many discerning luminaries, including Gary Zukav and Neale Donald Walsch. It has been featured on the Wisdom and travel channels, Doreen Virtue’s oracle decks, and in books, magazines and calendars around the globe.

She lives and works in Glastonbury, England, Prague, Czech Republic, and Mt. Shasta, California. In Prague, she is co-founder with her husband, of Daghda Vision s.r.o., a company dedicated to global cultural exchange, art, film and publishing.

Having returned to her European roots, she is excited by the reawakening of ancestral resonances, which she weaves through her fine oil compositions.

"As an artist my highest aspiration is the infusion of Spirit into matter."
