About the Author
Amy Glenn Vega, MBA, MHA, RHEd, FAHCEP is not a nurse, nor does she play one on TV. However, she has worked closely with nurses for nearly twenty years in her roles as a health care educator and a former Emergency Medical Technician-Intermediate. Top customer reviews
The multiple story lines are enjoyable & engaging in themselves but Ms Glenn Vega masterfully takes the book a step further. As with each of her previous novellas, nurses can receive CNE credit after reading them. The author softly allows the educational components to unfold into the plot while not "hitting the reader over the head". Well researched material is gently woven into real-world relationships & situations. Through Other Eyes finds Halie, Brad, Donna, Mel, Miriam & Patreeka challenged to recognize their commonalities in the diversity of their co-workers & patients while at the same time dealing with the added drama and stress of a rapidly approaching hurricane about to bear down on their community.
Enjoyable reading, excellent research, super writing & painless education!
